Join us in for an evening of poetry and cocktails in celebration of National Poetry Month. Our featured readers are Richie Hofmann, Natalie Shapero and Beth McDermott. Books will be available for purchase and signing.
Richie Hofmann is the author of two collections of poems, Second Empire and A Hundred Lovers. He currently teaches at Stanford University.
Natalie Shapero is the author, most recently, of the poetry collection POPULAR LONGING. Natalie’s writing has appeared in The Nation, The New Yorker, The New York Review of Books, The Paris Review, The New York Times Magazine, and elsewhere. Beth McDermott's debut collection of poetry is Figure 1, forthcoming with Pine Row Press. She is an assistant professor of English at the University of St. Francis and lives in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.
